Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Sliced Banana
  • 1/4 Cup of Brandy
  • 3 Teaspoons of Crème de Banana
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to Medium heat.

  2. Put 4 Tbsp of butter on the griddle.

  3. Add ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar and 1 Tbsp of Ground Cinnamon to the butter.

  4. Mix the ingredients together, then add one sliced banana.

  5. Add ¼ Cup Brandy and 3 Tbsp Crème de Banana.

  6. Immediately use a lighter to ignite the alcohol. Allow mixture to burn for at least 10 seconds, then mix until the flames are gone.

  7. Use a spatula to transfer the syrup-like banana mixture onto scoops of ice cream.

  8. Sprinkle a light dusting of Cinnamon on top of everything and enjoy.
