To request a return or notify us that you wish to cancel your contract, please contact our customer service team:

Our customer service team will provide the return instructions and arrange the appropriate return service. There is no online return form.

14-day right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins when the last goods are received.

To exercise this right, inform our customer service team of your decision to cancel by means of a clear statement. You do not need to use a cancellation form. Sending your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Refunds following cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning goods following cancellation

Please contact customer service for return instructions. Goods delivered by a freight carrier will be collected. For other deliveries, the goods must be sent back or handed over without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after you notify us of the cancellation. Sending the goods before this period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

We bear the return shipping costs.

You are only responsible for any loss in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the cancellation right described above, we offer a voluntary 30-day right of return for all goods except vouchers.

You may return goods within 30 days of receiving them, provided that they are complete, unused and undamaged. If possible, return them in their original packaging or equivalent packaging.

Please contact customer service first to arrange your return. Our team will provide a free return shipping label or arrange the appropriate return service. Sending the goods back within the 30-day period is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Refunds under the voluntary return policy

If the goods are returned in accordance with this voluntary return policy, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not be charged a refund fee.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory cancellation or warranty rights.
